We received excellent advice from what to and not to eat to ensure we maximized the nutritional demands of our first marathon along with how to train for a marathon with minimal risk of injury. It’s thanks to Sally and her commitment that we successfully completed the Amsterdam Marathon in October 2010 in 4 hours injury free and looking forward to the next one.
